Orders placed before our cut-off time are usually shipped on the same day, and our team ensures that every package is carefully packed to maintain the freshness and quality of our products.
In case a customer is located outside our delivery area, we encourage them to contact us, and we will do our best to provide possible solutions. For customers in our local area, we are happy to ship your order based on availability and ensure you receive fresh and high-quality products from our farm to your doorstep.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sun Farm Fresh, we take the quality of our products very seriously and strive to deliver the best possible products to our customers. However, we do not have a refund or return policy once the goods have been sold. This is because all of our products are perishable, and it is not possible for us to resell them once they have been delivered or picked up.
